We do our very best at Willy Petes to process your order as soon as possible. We only ship Monday – Wednesdays to avoid your perishable items being left in a truck or warehouse over the weekend.
Unfortunately, once your order leaves our facility, there is nothing we can do to speed up the US Postal Service. Should your order be delayed longer than 3 business days, the USPS claim page can be found here: File A Claim
We do NOT offer refunds for orders that have been delayed by the USPS.
